Why Tattva Shuddi?
As per Vedas and modren science, Universe is created from Pancha Tattva/Bhuta (5-elements) so are human beings. Pancha Tattva are Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. These 5-elements are associated with 5-sensory functions which are Sound, Touch, Vision, Taste and smell.

Human body-mind is in absolute harmony when 5-element energies; Space-6%, Air-6%, Fire-4%, Water-72% and Earth-12% are in balanced state.
